Along with man, God created man. In fact man has come into being through a series of evolution starting from a unicellular organism like amoeba to the multi cellular form that he has attained now. Like him, many other forms of animals have evolved too. Animals differ in their habitat, in their food habits, even in their basic social habits. But all animals have basic needs that were highlighted by the famous Abraham Maslow. These include food, shelter, clothing and social acceptance within its own group. Man is no exception to these.
Animals evoke different responses. While they could be companions many a times, being more loyal at it than man himself, they could also be a predator in adverse times. While they can love you deeply they could equally intimidate you. While man has the power of words for communication, animals seem to speak the language of signs. Their movements, the noises they make and their eyes could convey a lot about their current disposition.
Animals also have a unique beauty and grace associated with them, a vulnerability that you don’t see anywhere, the innocence and yet the fierceness gleaming in their. Many artists, animal lovers have captured these beautifully in their paintings.
