Biography
Viktor Shvaiko was born in Altai, a remote and picturesque region in Russia. Shvaiko travelled through Yugoslavia and Italy seeing poverty and adventure all along. He finally arrived at New York where he started painting the roadside cafes and other cozy little places. These are the paintings which earned him wide spread recognition and fame.
